- Xcamly is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.
6. Prohibited Content
Users and Creators may NOT:
- Upload or stream content involving minors
- Share illegal, abusive, or non-consensual content
- Engage in fraud, harassment, or exploitation
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violation will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
- Users retain rights to their content but grant Xcamly a license to display and distribute it on the platform.
- You may not copy, distribute, or exploit platform content without permission.
8. Termination
